My name is Marceonila Cunha I am a recently graduated geologist from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). During the graduation I developed studies in the areas of: marine geology  dedicated to the study of ostracods; coastal geodynamics mapping dunes and geomorphological features, analyzing and calculating erosion and deposition of beach sediments and producing integrated Digital Elevation Models (DEM) using remote sensing and geoprocessing tools. I am currently a volunteer monitor at the Geoprocessing Laboratory GEOPRO-UFRN, where I have been dedicating to coastal monitoring and modeling. Besides. I am a member of the Brazilian Society of Geology (SBGEO) and the Association of Latin American Specialists in Remote Sensing (SELPER Brazil). Currently I am working as a geologist in the Institute of Sustainable Development and Environment IDEMA.
