Taylor McKenzie is a third-year double major in Environmental Studies and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Seattle University. She is the co-founder of SU’s chapter of the Food Recovery Program in partnership with the on-campus SU Food Pantry. Taylor is an Edible Campus Intern with SU’s Grounds and Landscaping Department and coordinates initiatives in the greenhouse. She is also a Doris Duke Conservation Scholar with the University of Michigan and Yale University with a research focus on food accessibility and food waste within the United States.
