Lisa Yee-Litzenberg is President of Green Career Advisor, a business she launched in 2016 to help students, recent graduates, mid-career professionals and career changers to find and secure their dream green jobs. Prior to that, she spent 10 years developing and leading the career service office for graduate students in the environmental and sustainability fields at the University of Michigan. In that role, she helped thousands of students to navigate their way into environmental careers. Additionally, Lisa spent 12 years as a professional conservation advocacy leader, having worked at the National Wildlife Federation on national and Great Lakes regional conservation initiatives including water quality and endangered species efforts. She developed a passion for promoting initiatives to increase the diversity of environmental professionals working in the field. In her final role at NWF, Lisa led the organization’s Great Lakes Wolf Conservation program. She has a natural resource management degree from the University of Michigan. In her spare time, Lisa is an avid soccer player, loves to spend time in the woods, and is a volunteer Climate Reality Leader helping to educate and activate people on initiatives to make a difference on climate change
