Andre Eanes is a first year Master of Environmental Science candidate at Yale School of the Environment with interests spanning renewable energy transitions, climate change resilience, and environmental justice. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2020 from the University of Richmond, where he also conducted undergraduate research in urban extreme heat and air pollution and published two peer-reviewed research articles. After working in the solar industry over the following three years, he now seeks to meld his technical background in renewable energy, quantitative analysis and visualization skills, and passion for environmental justice research as a JEDSI fellow.
